1 方案背景 Scenario Background

    区块链作为一项颠覆性技术,正在引领新一轮技术变革和产业变革,有望成为技术创新和模式创新的“策源地”,推动“信息互联网”向“价值互联网”变迁。区块链作为点对点网络、密码学、共识机制、智能合约等多种技术的集成创新,提供了一种在不可信网络中进行信息与价值传递交换的可信通道。

    目前,我国区块链技术持续创新,区块链产业初步形成,开始在供应链金融、征信、电子数据存证、能源交易、产品溯源、版权交易、数字身份等领域快速应用。

    区块链可以记录全过程、全交易的数据,并且所有数据被链上所有节点共同拥有,实现电子数据存储的真实、可信、不可篡改,网络空间的信息更加透明、行为更加可追溯,可实时核对数据一致性,打破信息孤岛,实现信息共享。除了交易主体外,一些监管部门可以作为节点加入区块链,实时监控其他用户节点的交易信息,防范风险事件的发生。

    区块链智能合约,是由事件驱动的、具有状态的、获得多方承认的、运行在区块链之上的且能够根据预设条件自动处理资产的程序,能够自动化监控网络交易,实现更加自动化、智能化的业务开展和监督。

3 总体技术路线 Overall Technical Route

    区块链的部署方式分为公共链、私有链、联盟链三种。

    公共链是指向全世界所有人开放,每个人都能成为系统中的一个节点参与记账的区块链,它们通常将激励机制和加密数字验证相结合,来实现对交易的共识。

    联盟链是指若干个机构共同参与记账的区块链,即联盟成员之间通过对多中心的互信来达成共识。联盟链的数据只允许系统内的成员节点进行读写和发送交易,并且共同记录交易数据。

    私有链没有去中心,但具有分布式特点。中心控制者制定可以参与和进行交易验证成员的范围。

    联盟链和公链相比,在高可用、高性能、可编程,*保护上更有优势,它被认为是“部分去中心”或者是“多中心”的区块链。联盟链让节点数得到了精简,能够使得系统的运行效率更高、成本更低,在单位时间内能够确认的交易数量要比公链大很多。

    通过以上分析,本方案采用使用区块链技术搭建“诚信链”联盟链。

Block chains are deployed in three ways: public chains, private chains and alliance chains.

Public chains refer to the block chains that are open to all people in the world. Everyone can become a node in the system to participate in accounting. They usually combine incentive mechanism and encrypted digital verification to achieve consensus on transactions.

Alliance chain refers to the block chain in which several organizations participate in accounting, i.e. the members of the alliance reach consensus through mutual trust among multiple centers. The data of federation chain only allows members of the system to read, write and send transactions, and record transaction data together.

Private chains are not decentralized, but they are distributed. The central controller establishes the scope of members who can participate in and validate transactions.

Compared with public chains, alliance chains have more advantages in high availability, high performance, programmability and privacy protection. They are considered as "partially de-centralized" or "multi-centric" block chains. Alliance chain simplifies the number of nodes, makes the system run more efficiently and cost less, and the number of transactions that can be confirmed in a unit time is much larger than that of public chain.

Through the above analysis, the scheme uses block chain technology to build "Integrity chain" alliance chain.

    诚信链采用区块链技术,搭建由用户企业、法院、检察院、司法鉴定中心、第三方电子认证机构、银行、科技公司等机构组成的具有司法级背书的可信联盟链生产及测试环境,这些机构共同参与记账,共同记录交易数据。
